Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations. Upon failure, a 50% charge will be taken.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointments, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. If you wish to book a future treatment, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. If you have a second no show, we have the right to decline our services.

Late Arrivals

We will try to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, emergencies, etc. However, clients running more than 15 minute late and with no prior notification, will then be classed as a no show and require a fee.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service under any circumstances, not excluding: improper conduct/language.
